• The scope of each project will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or contract.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials (such as images, content, branding assets, or access credentials) to complete projects on schedule.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and licenses for any content provided to us.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal/contract shared with the client.
• All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received.
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• All creative assets, code, or designs developed by Kreateo Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (logos, websites, brand assets, etc.) will be transferred to the client.
• We may use completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Tools & Services

• Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms, analytics tools).
• Kreateo Studio is not responsible for downtime, errors, or costs arising from third-party tools or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we aim to deliver high-quality services, Kreateo Studio is not liable for:
• Loss of profits, business, or data.
• Results outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes, platform policy updates).
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the project.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
• Kreateo Studio may terminate services immediately in case of breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Kreateo Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
